Does shipping come with tracking?


  • All international and Asia orders will come with tracking. However, we do offer untracked shipping.

  • Please check the shipping page for more info.



Wrong address / phone number ?


  • Please contact us within 48 hours of placing the order(s) with your order number(s) and the correct shipping address / phone number.

  • If you're unsure whether your address will change after the pre-order deadline, please note it in the notes so that we can follow up on it after the deadline.

  • Once your order has been shipped, postage fees cannot be refunded. We will not be responsible for lost packages.



Can I cancel my order(s) ?


  • We only accept cancellations within 48 hours of placing the order(s). Please contact us with your order number(s). 

  • However, due to new PayPal rules, it will be a partial refund as PayPal no longer refunds the payment fee. 



Can I change my order(s)?


  • We only accept changes to the order(s) within 3 days of making the order but you can add-on to the order only. Please contact us with your order number(s).



How long will your international store be open? Will the store be continuously operating?


  • We will only open order for 1.5 weeks from August 14-23, the store will still be open for the next month for manufacturing and shipping info, but you will not be able to purchase anything. 

 


How much shipping to X country will be? 


  • We set a normalized rate for every country, not distance-wise. However, the shipping rate still depends on product weight. The price increases by .5 USD every 50 grams, therefore ordering more than one merchandise in one order is advised.
